Meet Tori Mabry
Tori Mabry is a strategist, connector, macro social worker, and visionary who works at the intersection of government, health care, public policy, community engagement, executive operations, and relationship building.
Her approach is both strategic and people-centered. Grounded in social work principles and a trauma-informed lens, she understands that strong organizations and successful leaders need more than good ideas — they need thoughtful systems, trusted relationships, inclusive strategies, and the infrastructure to move those ideas forward.
Throughout her career, Tori has worked alongside executives, elected and appointed leaders, health care organizations, community partners, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers to navigate complex environments, strengthen operations, cultivate partnerships, and turn vision into action.
Her professional background includes executive-level and public-facing roles, including experience within the Office of the Governor of Virginia. These experiences strengthened her ability to operate with professionalism and discretion, anticipate the needs of senior leaders, manage competing priorities, and understand how relationships, access, preparation, and strong infrastructure can create opportunity.
Tori’s background in social work also shapes how she approaches strategy. She brings an understanding of people, systems, barriers, and lived experience into every engagement, recognizing that sustainable solutions must consider not only what works operationally, but how decisions and systems impact the people they are designed to serve.

Tori founded the firm to support entrepreneurs, organizations, and visionary leaders who are ready to grow, strengthen their infrastructure, expand their reach, and move bold ideas forward.
